2. Accuracy of results

We use standard, widely accepted formulas and aim to keep the tools accurate and up to date. However, we make no promise that any result is complete, current or free from error. Results are estimates, and they can differ from real figures because of:

• rounding and the simplifying assumptions each formula makes;
• fees, charges, taxes, penalties and changing interest or tax rates;
• the way a particular bank, lender, fund, employer or authority calculates figures;
• mistakes in the numbers you enter.

Please check any result that matters before you act on it.

3. Financial calculators (EMI, SIP and similar)

Our finance tools show illustrations based on the values you enter. The EMI calculator does not include processing fees, insurance, prepayment charges or changes in a floating interest rate. The SIP calculator uses an assumed rate of return that is not guaranteed. Investments in mutual funds and other market-linked products carry risk, and past performance does not predict future returns.

4. Tax calculators (GST)

GST rates and rules can change, and the correct rate depends on the exact goods or services, how they are classified and your circumstances. The GST calculator applies whatever rate you choose and shows the result. It does not tell you which rate applies to your item. Please confirm rates and rules on the official GST portal or with a chartered accountant or tax professional.

5. Health calculators (BMI, calorie and water intake)

Our health tools give general estimates for healthy adults. They are not a medical device and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

• BMI is a screening measure. It does not measure body fat or muscle and can be misleading for athletes, older adults, pregnant women and children.
• Calorie and water intake figures are general estimates. Individual needs vary with health, medication, activity and environment.
• The tools are not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with medical conditions that affect diet or fluids.

6. Math, date and time calculators

Math tools (percentage, ratio, average and fraction) and date tools (age, date difference, and add or subtract days) work from the numbers and dates you enter. They count calendar days and do not remove public holidays or account for time zones, local calendars or legal rules on how a period is counted. For legal, contractual or official deadlines, please check the exact rule that applies to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Calc Hub and its owner will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any result from it. This includes financial loss, loss of profit, and any decision made using the calculators. You use the Site at your own risk and are responsible for checking results before relying on them.
